Guild Ranks

Ranks in almost every guild in DAOC are structured with Rank 9 being the lowest, and Rank 0 being the highest.  In Unrivaled Unity, ranks 7 to 4 are based PURELY on your character’s level.  Promotions to rank 3 and higher are based on maturity, loyalty, dedication, devotion, level, and overall worth to the guild.  Once a member achieves officer rank, all of his alternate characters are promoted to rank 2 as well, regardless of level.  With every promotion a guild member will be awarded with a new ability.  To see exactly what ability you’ve earned after a promotion, type /gc info while playing DAOC.  For example, at Rank 8 you can see alliance chat.  At rank 7(level 20+) you can see and speak in alliance chat.

Rank 0 (Guildmaster)  -   This rank is reserved for Frost, sole GM of Unrivaled Unity.

Rank 1 (High Officer)  -  This rank is currently reserved for Gwilid, sencond-in-command of UU.  It's unlikely, but if this changes, this rank is reserved for those officers who have shown no less than near-perfection in all they do for the guild.  Their attitude is excellent and they are superb leaders. Rank 1 Officers have been given rights to moderate every option available in the guild command system.  They can set the MOTD, invite, promote or remove guild members, etc. 

Rank 2 (Officer)  -  These officers are superb as well, and are appointed by the guildmaster and the high officers. They can do almost every guild command, including inviting, promoting, or removing members.  You must have one character in our guild that is level 40 or higher to be considered for officer..

Rank 3 (Junior Officer)  -  Each officer and high officer gets to select one junior officer(JO).  This person will be someone that they deem to be potential officer material..  A JO character can also hear and speak in officer chat.  The JO character promoted must be level 30+.  The JO's name will appear underneath the sponsoring officer's name here on our website.

Rank 4          Level 50

Rank 5          Level 40-49

Rank 6          Level 30-39

Rank 7          Level 20-29

Rank 8 (Initiate)  -  New guild members remains initiate for 7 days then are promoted to the rank corresponding to their level.

Rank 9 (Probation)  -  This rank is a disciplinary rank used to reprimand those that are not following guild or alliance rules accordingly.  First offense generally lasts 72 hours, second offense lasts a week.  Rank 9 has no privileges.  Offenders can't even speak in guild chat.
